Kemoy spent years leading, coaching, and hiring top-performing teams for global beauty and wellness brands. That experience informs how she teaches MSMEs to understand customers, design better experiences, and build sustainable demand.

Through this venture, she focuses on education and ecosystem building for Jamaican-owned beauty and wellness brands: helping founders build locally, develop pre-export readiness, and create strategic pathways to test products with diaspora partners through DTC and independent retail channels.

Born in the Bronx to Jamaican immigrants and based in Brooklyn, Kemoy is especially passionate about increasing diaspora spend to accelerate Jamaican-owned brands and economic development across Caribbean communities.
